At DoktorNow, we value transparency in the healthcare services we offer our users. Payment and refund processes are subject to the rules outlined below, depending on the type of service purchased.

1. One-Time Payments (Payment Per Call)

This category includes individual doctor consultations conducted by users who do not have a subscription plan.

  • Pricing: The fee for a one-time consultation is 800 TL .
  • Completed Consultations: Once the consultation has taken place and medical services have been provided, no refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellation Policy: Refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment time . No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time or in cases of no-show.

2. Subscription Payments

DoctorNow subscriptions are prepaid plans covering a specific period.

  • Pricing and Duration:
    • 6-Month Subscription:  2700 TL (Prepaid)
    • 12-Month (Annual) Subscription:  4800 TL (Prepaid)
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the term (6 or 12 months) for the same period unless otherwise specified.
  • Cancellation and Refund Terms: No refunds are given for initial subscriptions. However, you can cancel your subscription when the renewal period arrives and request a refund if any payment has been charged to your card.
  • Application Process: For subscription renewals, cancellation and refund requests must be submitted to info@doktornow.com.tr at least 15 days before  the renewal date.
  • Usage Rights: In the case of cancelled subscriptions, if no refund is issued, the user will continue to use the service until the end of the currently paid period.

3. Technical Problems

If the consultation cannot be completed due to reasons originating from the DoktorNow platform (system outage, application error, etc.):

  • The user is offered the option of renewing the appointment free of charge or receiving a full refund of the session fee.
  • Note: Problems caused by the user’s own internet connection or hardware are not covered under this policy.

4. Digital Documents and Prescriptions

Since the generated e-prescriptions and medical reports are within the scope of digital services, these documents cannot be returned once they have been created by the system and provided to the user.

5. Legal Rights

This policy does not restrict the consumer’s legal rights arising from the distance contract regulations and relevant consumer protection laws.
